Sally Revell, MD

Dr. Sally Revell is a board-certified otolaryngologist serving the Wellstar community since 2011. She loves working with both pediatric and adult patients, providing medical and/or surgical care for ear, nose, and throat problems. She has a special interest in the surgical management of Thyroid and Parathyroid diseases.
Dr. Revell earned her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin and her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Revell takes pride in listening to her patients and educating them about their diagnosis and treatment plan, which is reflected in her excellent patient reviews. She has also been recognized by her community peers as a ‘Top Doctor’ in both Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Trend Magazine.
Dr. Revell has also worked to expand the footprint of ENT in our community and is the lead physician for the ENT North Division, encompassing Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, Hiram, Acworth, Cherokee, and her home community of East Cobb. Many patients have spotted her on the weekends at her kids’ soccer games or running in and out of local stores and restaurants.

He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otalaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Rhinologic Society. Dr. Weeks is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support. He is currently practicing with Wellstar ENT.

Michael Kaufman, MD
Otolaryngologist with Wellstar since 2019.
Dr. Michael Kaufman is a board-certified otolaryngologist serving the Wellstar community since 2019. He provides general ear, nose, and throat care to both the pediatric and adult population. He delivers a focus in high quality and patient centered care, while employing a shared decision-making model.
Dr. Kaufman attended Emory University for his undergraduate studies. He then went on to medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.
Dr. Kaufman holds several leadership positions within Wellstar Health System. Most notably, as the Wellstar ENT North Kennestone lead physician.
He is regularly recognized by his community peers as a ‘Top Doctor’ appearing in Atlanta Magazine, Georgia Trend Magazine, and The Atlantan.
Dr. Kaufman is married with two children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He is an avid tennis player, having previously played in college for Emory University. Dr. Kaufman's aspiration is to deliver world-class, evidence-based, empathetic, and inclusive care to all of his patients.

Debbie Christensen, MD
Otolaryngologist with Wellstar since 2016.
Dr. Debbie Christensen is a comprehensive board-certified otolaryngologist. Originally from Florida, she completed the highly competitive accelerated BS/MD Medical Scholars Program at the University of Miami. She graduated with highest possible honors with subsequent induction in the Alpha Omega honor society as a Junior medical student, a distinction reserved for less than the top 10% of medical students in the country.
Dr. Christensen then completed her five-year residency at the University of Florida, completing her training in otolaryngology- head and neck surgery. During her residency, she was recognized with numerous awards including first place for a national Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meeting (COSM) research presentation on noise induced hearing loss.
Dr. Christensen has served the Wellstar community since 2016. She looks forward to developing meaningful and long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.
Dr. Christensen enjoys traveling with her husband, baking cookies for her co-workers, meetups with her book club, and attending Atlanta United games.

• Take exit 267B and stay to the left toward Marietta Church Street.
• Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Tower Road.
• Go to the first traffic light and turn left onto Kennestone Hospital Boulevard.
• Take the horseshoe turn in front of Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center and proceed to the Blue Tower Parking Deck.
• Follow the From the Blue Tower Parking Deck instructions below.
From I-75 North:
• Take exit 267B loop around to Canton Road.
• Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Tower Road.
• Go to the first traffic light and turn left on Kennestone Hospital Boulevard.
• Take the horseshoe turn in front of Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center and proceed to the Blue Tower Parking Deck.
• Follow the From the Blue Tower Parking Deck instructions below.
• Take Dallas Highway/120 towards Marietta.
• This will merge into a two-lane road and the name will change to Whitlock Avenue.
• Take Whitlock Avenue to Powder Springs Road and turn left.
• Go to the third traffic light and turn left onto Cherokee Street.
• This will be a two lane/one way street.
• Go to the traffic light at Tower Road and turn left.
• Go to the first traffic light and turn left onto Kennestone Hospital Boulevard.
• Take the horseshoe turn in front of Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center and proceed to the Blue Tower Parking Deck.
• Follow the From the Blue Tower Parking Deck instructions below.
From the Blue Tower Parking Deck:
• Take the PARKING elevator to the main level and exit left.
• Go through the double glass doors and proceed to the front of the Kennestone Outpatient Pavilion.
• Take the elevator on your left to the third floor.
• Exit left and proceed to suite 340.
