On-demand Classes

Wellstar offers a variety of eClasses which can be accessed from the comforts of your home. Our eClasses are self-lead go at your own pace, participants have nine months to complete class.

• Understanding Birth eClass (English and Spanish available)—In this class, you will learn all about the birth process and medical procedures through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You will also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories. You will even have an opportunity to create your own birth plan!
• Understanding Your Newborn eClass—In this class you’ll learn all about how to care for your newborn through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You will also learn why bonding is so important for brain development and how reading your baby’s cues helps you understand what they need.
• Understanding Fatherhood eClass—This class will help guide you through your fatherhood journey—from pregnancy to birth and beyond, as well as all the things you can do to ease the transition of becoming a dad.
• Understanding Breastfeeding eClass (English and Spanish available)—In this class, you will learn all about breastfeeding through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You will also get a sense of what it is really like to breastfeed as you hear from moms who have been there!
