The most cold and rude front staff I have ever experienced in my life. Curt comments were not welcomed. She did not even make the next appointment properly. Thank goodness I called another office and they took care of me. I would never come back to this office nor recommend. AWFUL

The phone message that answers when one calls Wellstar is TOO LONG! It lasts in excess of five minutes and little of it pertains to any needs I have ever had before the 3 minute mark. Is it possible to have an option to reach a helpful department. Vaccines should be addressed by doctors or nurses.

Not only was she completely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and caring towards me, I had my special needs toddler with me and she was so incredibly accommodating and welcoming to her. Can not thank her enough for her patient (and patient's family) interactions and expertise! I will absolutely be following up with her, even if I have to follow her to a further location. She's the type of doctor that gives healthcare a good name.
