The most cold and rude front staff I have ever experienced in my life. Curt comments were not welcomed. She did not even make the next appointment properly. Thank goodness I called another office and they took care of me. I would never come back to this office nor recommend. AWFUL

The phone message that answers when one calls Wellstar is TOO LONG! It lasts in excess of five minutes and little of it pertains to any needs I have ever had before the 3 minute mark. Is it possible to have an option to reach a helpful department. Vaccines should be addressed by doctors or nurses.
