Dr. Vick grew up in Louisiana, obtained his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, and earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University. He completed his ear, nose and throat residency training at the Medical College of Georgia after an internship in general surgery at the same facility.
Dr. Vick is a committee member for Young Life, a member of West Cobb Church and a board member for the Good Samaritan Health Clinic. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Cobb County Medical Society. He has been chairman of the Otolaryngology Department at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
As a board certified otolaryngologist, Dr. Vick is trained to treat a multitude of head and neck problems in patients of all ages. He performs nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, ear surgery, sleep apnea surgery, surgical treatment of salivary gland disease, thyroid disease, cosmetic procedures, and medical and surgical treatment of vocal cord disease. He also treats hearing and balance disorders. Dr. Vick particularly enjoys working with children in treating tonsillar, adenoid and ear disease.

The staff was very polite and I was seen by Dr. Vick at my scheduled appointment time. He listened to my history and asked questions, then suggested an endoscopic procedure. He performed the procedure and explained his findings. Fortunately, he didn't find anything serious. He suggested a couple of things that might be helpful to alleviate my symptoms.

Dr. Vick is basically what all doctor should be. This guy understands what it means to be thorough be an expert and has bedside manner all in one. You're not gonna find a better doctor in any field. This guy sets the example where others just can't get on the board. I don't like doing surveys and I don't like filling this kind of stuff out, but when I saw it was a survey reference Dr. Vick, I definitely am happy to take the time to do it. He needs to be notarized as much as possible. I saw another doctor in the Wellstar ENT group and was not happy at all. Other doctors need to be taking notes from Dr. Vick. Dr. Vick also performed a surgery on my daughter several years ago. His attention to her case and my wife and I, as parents was unparalleled and beyond what you're going to see from 99% of the doctors today. This guy is in the top 1%. I don't know where or who is going to read this feedback but hopefully it's someone very important that can recognize Dr. Vick for his hard work and dedication.

The office staff was great, friendly and informative! Dr. Vick was the best.

The staff was very polite and I was seen by Dr. Vick at my scheduled appointment time. He listened to my history and asked questions, then suggested an endoscopic procedure. He performed the procedure and explained his findings. Fortunately, he didn't find anything serious. He suggested a couple of things that might be helpful to alleviate my symptoms.
