Dr. Michael Kaufman is extremely professional. He is courteous and a good listener. He quickly performed a procedure that seemed to confirm that I had little to worry about and scheduled an ultrasound to confirm his findings. Dr. Kaufman appears to be most knowledgeable about my health issue. Thank you.

Dr. Kaufman instead we're very professional and friendly. The doctor pointed out some things that no one has ever told me and I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome and hopefully not so much getting my smell back because I pretty much ruled that out because it was a slow process of it going away pre-covid had nothing to do with covid. But I am looking forward to finding out the connection between migraines / reflux/ what we think might be sinus. I was thrilled to know that I had no polyps. Looking forward to getting the results of moving forward. Thank you very much

Took me in promptly at my scheduled appt time. Front desk was extremely patient when presented with my new insurance cards. Dr Kaufman was honest and did not try to push expensive treatments on me for tinnitus. He only explained what was out there after I asked about possible treatments.

I had one of the 1st appointments 8:30 AM and the Dr did not make it to the office until 9 AM. He acted like it was no big deal. I also had to sign docs that stated if I didn't show up for an appointment, I would be subject to fees and potential 30 Day notice?

I got the impression from the physician that there was nothing to do to treat sinusitis. The symptoms are. cough and scratchy voice. He views the cough as a chronic cough and the scratchy voice to be seen by a speech therapist. There was no discussion to treat the sinusitis.

Great and informative meeting with Dr. Kaufman. He listened carefully, had some really good explanation about my situation and laid out options in a very clear manner. I explained that Wellstar was not "in network" with my insurance and told him I would be requesting a second opinion from an in-network doctor, and he completely understood and proceed to write down precisely which procedures he was planning to do with the right codes so I could check with my insurance and another doctor. I would feel very comfortable letting him treat me if this second opinion is not positive.
