Yes, I really like this doctor and staff and office. They are professional and courteous yet relaxed and cheerful, and the feeling in the office is evident. He was direct but sincere in a pleasant way that would have made a difference if the diagnosis had been dreadful. My wife appreciated this. I have been very pleased with all of the doctors I've seen at Wellstar, and glad I'm with Wellstar. These are the very best in knowledge and professionalism and in character. Doctor Kaufman is definitely my ENT doctor of choice. He has done nasal surgery on me twice and today I saw him for an issue with my throat. I like that I've never had to wait an excessive amount of time in the waiting room. In fact today I was taken back before my appointment time. I trust him and he is excellent at explaining things so I can understand them.
