She has always helped me with my issues regarding my hearing aids and always gives me the necessary supplies to carry me forward for another year. And I look forward to her visit every year and ensuring that my hearing aids are in good shape.

The person in the front office, she wasn't very helpful. And they used the computer for anything. And some people, the majority, are not familiar with the phone and stuff. I like the old-fashioned way where you can fill the forms.
