Yes, I felt rushed during my appointment. Maybe a 15-minute appointment turned into like 3 or 4 minutes. I felt like he did not listen to me and he just rushed me out of the room. So whether I go back or not, I don't know.

He did not know what type of prescriptions I couldn't take. Like for instance, I have high blood pressure so I can't take certain decongestants and certain kinds of medications I take because I've got kidney problems like metformin and things like that.

Yes, I was very satisfied with the doctor and the services there. And I had help from the girl when I called to get an appointment with an ENT. She said I had to go to a more detailed doctor than I had called for. And she was very helpful in getting me in with this Dr. May. Her name was Debbie. And I would like to recommend her. And also the doctor. I was satisfied with the doctor. I just had a hard time getting around your new hospital. But I appreciate everything y'all have done. And thank you. Bye.

A couple of positive points. The woman at the check in desk was awesome! 8am appt and she was great, had a sense of humor and made an early morning appointment a little less stress free. Second, as I said, it was an 8am appointment. I was not only taken in early, but the DR. was early ad well!! I don't think that has ever happened in my life!

Dr. May doesn't seem to know how to treat my condition. I brought a picture of what I am coughing up and a sample. I suggested that the sample be sent for a culture to see what antibiotic it is sensitive to.
