I made this appointment with some doubt as to whether anyone would understand my concerns, or have any resolution to the problem. But, I was very happy to find Bret Greenblatt was an attentive listener and knowledgeable professional who knew right away what my issue was, explained things clearly and had a practical solution that just might be the help I've been looking for. He was friendly and understanding, and I left with a smile and hope. Wellstar makes visiting a doctor an easy experience and the staff have always been very professional and supportive. We were told to be there at 12:45 and no one was there to check us in. They were all at lunch til 1 pm. Why did we waste our time? If you tell us to be there at 12:45 someone should be there to check us in.
