Waiting time was very minimal, 5 minutes and I was 30 minutes early. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Revell was excellent, she read my chart and understood right away what was going on. I didn't have to repeat answering the same questions. She told me the treatment plan and walked me through the process. This was a great visit.

The medical assistant and physician were thorough and pleasant. I was taken back nearly immediately and had no wait to see the doctor. Front desk and check out experience was great, as well. Everyone professional and friendly.

They said first impressions last. Well, yes it's true. I was very turned off the minute I got to the front desk. I was standing there wanted to finish checking in and the ladies there were just chatting away as if they didn't see someone standing there. I almost miss another appointment because this office was running way behind. As a wellstar employee myself I was very disappointed. This do not happen at the office I work. They need to get it together here.

The doctor was very, very clear in listening to my needs. Once she assessed my needs, she gave a course of action that she wanted to pursue. Went ahead and did a light procedure to verify what her initial thoughts were. After the light procedure was completed, had set up a follow-on meeting for a CT scan. I was very, very impressed with her clear course of action and her intent, clear listening to what I had.

I have referred my future son in law who has been suffering with an ear issue and has been frustrated with other ENT doctors. Dr. Sally Revell listens, advises, tests when needed and as a nurse myself I have 100% confidence in her.

I specifically asked for an appointment to discuss hearing aids. It took about 5 months to get the appointment with it being changed/cancelled by the doctor's offices twice. At the appointment, I was given two pamphlets and two business cards of other doctors -- to see if I wanted to get hearing aids. This was a waste of my time and money. Not happy with the results.

It would be beneficial for the Doctor to listen to what her patients are saying. I told her my ear was hurting badly and that it was affecting my TMJ joint. She said no that's not possible. My TMJ had just started hurting 2 weeks prior. My ear had been hurting for over 3 months. 2 days After the procedure my TMJ stopped hurting altogether. Proving I was correct. But the Doctor said that wasn't the cause of my pain. Just because it may not make medical sense doesn't mean you should dismiss the patients ideas and thoughts. One thing that is certain about the human body is sometimes it doesn't make medical sense but it doesn't make it wrong.
