The front staff was not friendly. Two of them in the back whispering and laughing, it makes you uncomfortable. The front lady didn't smile once and talked so soft you couldn't hear a word she said. She seemed very unhappy. The rooms weren't clean and the walls are in great need of a good cleaning and repainting. The doctors were kind but I won't be back

They were all very kind and she, the doctor, listened to what I had to say and we had a test and then she explained things to me and my daughter and she put an app on my iPhone for me, which I appreciated, and explained to me about the different workings of the hearing aid, which I had forgotten since I first got them. And the visit was very informative and she was very nice, very kind, very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who has the same problems as I do.

Dr. Halsell is amazing. I really like the ENT staff that WellSTAR has and I've been going to the Cherokee Park for a long time but I've also gone to the Marriott office. It's incredible service. I feel listened to. I feel valued and their patience is exceptional and I just really, really like their practice and I will recommend it as much as possible. Thank you.
