I was there early and signed in 23 minutes early. I sat for the 23 minute wait before they called me up to the sign-in desk. This was despite the fact that there were not waiting to be checked in. In fact, I was there before innumerable people who got checked in before I did.

The staff there is great. I trust the care. The only issue I ever have is there's really, to be taking such a young child to a doctor's office, there's not a lot there for a young child to do. Like, it's not really child-friendly. So it'd be great if there were a couple more books or puzzles or something, you know, because kids that get tubes, you know, I mean, they're young. So that was the only thing, so the actual environment itself would be a little easier if it was just a little more child-friendly. That's all. All right, bye.
