This was the first time I saw Thao Nguyen. She is very nice and listened to all my concerns. The only issue I had was I was called back to the room and waited over 45 minutes for her to come in. The nurse who took my vitals told me she had just gone in to see a patient ahead of me but would be in shortly. I eventually had to go out and ask a nurse about how much longer I would have to wait. I saw the nurse who took my vitals look into a room and Thao arrived right afterwards and and apoligzed said she was dealing with another patient. I honestly believe they forgot I was in the room and saw other patients who had come in after me. Otherwise, I was happy with how I was treated.

This was an urgent visit and the only visit I could get and it was far from my home, so not a place I would logically use again, if you were wondering about that reply. Wi-fi bad - tried to contact my Woodstock cardia rehab to tell them is have to miss my appt today and call was dropped every time. Big, new-looking medical complex - maybe understaffed? When sitting out a timed pressure hold on nosebleed, I had a little hemorrhage but when I went out in the hall to get help, no one around. Receptionist finally heard me and went for help. She was continually helpful, by the way. PA was treating me and I think she was probably treating others during my bleeding pressure time-outs when I had to hold the swab for 5-10 minutes, which was understandable. Parking was a challenge...facility itself new and clean.
