Our experience with the people at Wellstar ENT was superb. My only complaint (not the fault of the people there) is that it's extremely difficult to find this building if you don't know exactly which one it is. Especially given the construction that's going on around it. I would love to see signage that's more visible from Tower Road and Church Street.

Great experience & she took care of my ear problem. Very grateful for that. Only complaint is when I got to the room to wait for her I had to wait 30 minutes. I did get an apology that it had been a crazy day.

The only thing I'd love to see changed in the future is that we were scheduled for audiology half an hour before our appointment with Thao and we were not informed of that. When I arrived for the appointment with our NP, that's when I found out we should have been there half an hour earlier. I apologized profusely because I'd been calling all week to see if any earlier appointments had become available and no one ever mentioned that I had the wrong arrival time. Then I was told this happens all the time because they remind patients of the appointments with physicians and NP's, but NOT audiology appointments and that's an easy thing to fix to prevent people like me from showing up late accidentally. I truly had no idea.
