Dr. Mault was very thorough in explaining my options for hearing aid and I had met with him prior to that on another couple of occasions for the actual hearing testing, etc. But so, he provided a lot of information, went over it in detail and to help me make my decision. And there was no pressure or anything, but just, you know, he's very professional and very personal, though. When I say personal, I mean, I can't think of another word that's, but just very appropriate and very thorough. And that's why I would recommend him to anybody, family, friends, neighbors.

Both providers that I saw that day were excellent, caring, very good at listening and explaining things. And it is absolutely crazy that you're having your employees park in the woods down the way from your hospital and forcing them to walk to the building. So hopefully there's some improvement on that situation.

He addressed all of my questions and helped me to feel better about getting my hearing tested. He also made sure I understood my results and offered some options. My provider, Dee Dee, addressed all my concerns and helped me to understand my results and offered options.

Overall the doctors were extremely kind and helpful put me very much at ease with my concerns with my daughter. However the front office staff made this appointment difficult for us. My husband and I brought in my stepdaughter his biological daughter in for a visit. I understand this is not the normal set up for all families but we have a blended family and when I made the appointment for my stepdaughter I was told a biological parent must be there I understand there are certain papers that must be completed but I was told I could not bring her without a parent coming into the office so we did as told and my husband gave approval and the front office staff were so disrespectful and spoke down to me while completing the check in process. So much so that my child noticed and asked me why they were treating me like that. I feel like there should be better training for how to handle these blended family dynamics without treating anyone as less then one another.
