Some urgent care locations are open limited hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Day. Please call for hours.
Some occupational health services may require an appointment. All other patients are seen on a walk-in basis, depending upon severity of need.

Located at the intersection of Highway 41 and Cedarcrest Road, approximately ½ mile south of the Bartow County line.
From I-75
Take exit 278 for Glade Road toward Acworth. Drive for .4 miles and turn left onto Cherokee Street. Drive .4 miles and turn right onto GA92/Lake Acworth Drive. Drive 2.3 miles and turn right onto Hwy 41/N. Cobb Parkway. The Acworth Health Park will be on your right, located at 4550 N. Cobb Parkway.
From Hwy 41, going North
Cross Cedarcrest road and turn right at the Acworth Health Park Sign.
From Hwy 41, going South
Turn left at the traffic light onto Cedarcrest Road. Take your first left and proceed towards the Acworth Health Park.
