I have had to use Urgent Care in Acworth several times. I have always been treated with care, concern and at times humor. Everyone seems to WANT to work with a person, not just a patient, and help them feel better as quickly as possible.

I don't feel as though my daughter was properly looked over and considered for proper diagnosis. When I called in with concerns the next day never received a call back.

I was wonderfully surprised by how quickly the visit went. I was told it be 54 minutes until I was seen, but it was only 30 minutes. The x-ray tech came for me in a matter of just a few minutes. It was great.

I was like a minute or to late I waited awhile they got me in and was real Nyce great team over there took very great care of me

The X-Ray staff is amazing. My daughter dislocated her elbow and she's only 3. They were able to keep her happy through the pain while giving the X-Ray. Those ladies are saints. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. She also now sleeps with the bear they gave her.

I was treated very nicely. I was told ahead that I had to wait quite a while because a lot were in the waiting room, but they helped me very much, put me on the medication I needed, did the blood tests and things that I needed, so they were very courteous and nice to me. Thank you.
