The place was packed. My daughter was short of breath and shaking, they took her back immediately and ran all kinds of tests. The front staff as well as Mercy the nurse were top notch. We were traveling. I would definitely recommend this place.

I did not receive my prescription that should have been sent to the pharmacy. The prescription was never sent!!!

The 1hr + 19 minute wait estimated at check in was just about right. The nurse and NP both took good care of me and searched for a medication that would meet my needs and concerns. As I was leaving there rather late, they made sure I had a shot and one dose of the other medication so that I did not have to go to the pharmacy until the next morning.

The waiting in the waiting room was very short and the nurse was very efficient, that took my stitches out and I was very happy and very satisfied.

I don't always have an excellent experience with this urgent care facility. That's why I usually, if something occurs in my health and I can't get to my primary physician, I always go to this urgent care because they are very courteous, they're very helpful, they always respond to my concerns, they explain everything to me, and they act as if they care.

The nurse and the doctor were both wonderful and the lady that did my x-ray, but to have an appointment, I still waited over an hour before I was seen and I was there for three hours total, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. But everyone was nice and the provider and the nurse and the x-ray technician were all three great, but it was ridiculous on the amount of time I was there.
