Waited in the back room for 40 min. I was told when brought into the room that the doctor would in soon. I had to go ask after 30 min and the nurse said he was assigned to me and it shouldn't be long (can't remember the exact wording). I went out 10 min later asking since it had been 40 min and she snapped at me saying they were really busy. No one should have to wait 40 min in the back room for a doctor.

I was very impressed with the desk staff, nurse, and doctor. The space was clean and was probably the best urgent care facility I've ever been in. The staff was exceptional. I rarely expect a positive experience these days, but your facility really delivered.

840 appt at urgent care and did not exit the building until 11. Then have to wait nearly 30 minutes to fill meds. It should not take so long

Everyone that saw me was courteous, helpful and care about my health. Big shoutout to the lady that did my X-ray she was so helpful and kind.

We checked in and sat down. We made a reservation time for 10:20 and read on the screen at check in that one person was infront of us. After waiting 50 minutes and multiple people going back I went to ask them about the wait, the lady at the desk said it was a hour. I mentioned we had an appointment and if that was still a hour long and she said "correct that's what I said" very rudely. I apologize for asking her the question and we sat for another 25 minutes. A lady was crying in pain in the waiting room and then was vomiting consistently in the bathroom which scared my son. Once we finally got called back I told the provider in the back he had strep knowing it is what it was and he insisted we Covid/flu tested him. Surprise it was negative and the strep was positive. I had to ask for meds to help him with his vomiting. The entire staff seemed annoyed at questions when I asked them. I have never had such a bad experience at this urgent care before.

The doctor really took my concerns seriously, and I am feeling better. I appreciate how clean, professional, and high quality the care and surroundings are. It's a much better environment than the majority of urgent care facilities.

The length of time to wait to see the dr. was long. I was in extreme pain. I had to be transported to the hospital via ambulance. The DR. was concerned for my wellbeing and recommended to go the hospital to get proper care.

From entry, the front desk staff was welcoming, was very busy, and still stopped to make sure that if I needed help, they would come help me. And the physician had bedside manner, and I wasn't even on a bed. He had bedside manner galore. He was so helpful, so thoughtful, so kind. I mean, I felt like I knew him, and he was a complete stranger. This is something you can't train in medical school. This is the way he was intended to do his career choice. So he was incredible. And yeah, if I need to go back there again or any urgent care, even if I'm further away and another one is more convenient, I'm going to make my way down to this health park because it's just reliable and consistent across the board, which is appreciated. And thank you. That's it.

I was very impressed with the desk staff, nurse, and doctor. The space was clean and was probably the best urgent care facility I've ever been in. The staff was exceptional. I rarely expect a positive experience these days, but your facility really delivered.

Waited in the back room for 40 min. I was told when brought into the room that the doctor would in soon. I had to go ask after 30 min and the nurse said he was assigned to me and it shouldn't be long (can't remember the exact wording). I went out 10 min later asking since it had been 40 min and she snapped at me saying they were really busy. No one should have to wait 40 min in the back room for a doctor.
