Hi, my concern was that the provider did not do a thorough physical. He did not look in my daughter's throat, which there was some resistance, but she's four. And also, I don't understand the purpose of the prescriptions that were provided. I don't understand how the symptoms match the prescription.

When the facility allows you to make an appointment ahead of time, I would expect to be seen with 30-45 minutes of the appointment time. The past few visits that I have made an appointment I have had to sit in the waiting room for well over an hour before even being called back. Do better and give a heads up phone call if there is going to be a huge delay in my appointment time.

I thought selecting a time slot for the day of my visit was an appointment time only to find out that was not a fact. The wait was approximately an hour with my arrival time of 8:45 AM. Staff was very nice and was agreeable to calling me on my phone to come into the building from my vehicle.

The nurse and the doctor who saw me, the latter two people that I saw were extremely helpful. I think the nurse name was Julie, I'm not sure, but I commended her on how patient friendly she was. The person who took my vital signs was not so friendly at all, but definitely the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and I would recommend them anytime.

Very corteous, but so very slow. I went to sit in my car, then had to sit outside in the fresh (cold) air as I couldn't get comfortable and was so nauseous. I truly appreciate the effort the staff put into each patient. Please expand and bring on more staff to help this facility keep up, especially as the area continues to grow.

Over an hour wait for him to tell me he would give me an injection of steroids and left the room. He didn't check me over just I will give u an injection and follow up w a neurosurgeon. That was it. Was a two minute conversation for over an hour wait? Why be behind then.
