I've been going to this facility since it opened. I drive 15 miles and pass other Wellstar facilities. They are the best.

I understand that someone with more urgent needs is seen first, but taking the time to make an appointment or "reservation" as someone inferred to it as and then still having to wait over an hour to be seen was disappointing. Supposedly, the office was running behind. Maybe someone should review how things get so behind.

One hour and half wait. Given it is winter many people are sick. I suggest having more physicians working so wait times are lower. There are plenty of patients to carry the demand. Every time I come to the Acworth urgent care center there is a long wait. Seems there are plenty of staff on duty, but short a physician.

My only issue is while I was signing in on the Kia's, the person in front of me started talking about coming down with his annual broncitys, made me jump back, touching the machine right after he used it. We were there because my husband had fallen and has Parkinson's. I just hope we don't catch what he had. How can you clean the sign in Kias from sick people in front of you?
