Great experience and fast. I left with the treatment I needed and feel much better. The attending Dr. Provided better treatment than both my PCP and my Pulmonologist over a course of 10 days and made all the right calls even the chest X-ray because the problem was persistent after 10 days of failed treatment. Thank you. This place and the staff are pristine. I saw Dr. Lawless. He was great!!

The process was fine and only at one point did the kiosk sign-in process get confusing - kept asking me to fill-in information which I had - then had to realize to het the next arrow. Otherwise everything was fine.

I was given tests for COVID and for the flu and told that both were negative. I was then sent to the WellSAR emergency room where the flu test came back positive. I find it very disconcerting to have a negative test. If there's not going to be an accurate reading, then the test shouldn't be given.

That i felt like I was forgotten about. They took me back and did the swab for flu and covid and said that it would take 15 min. The doctor came in and look at me and said he would come back and tell me the results as soon as he saw them. It took almost two hours before I was seen again. Because they said they had a medical emergency but no body informed us until the end. Because we had to go to the nurse station to ask what was taken so long.
