Have seen Dr. Benjamin Lawless several times at the UC he is very good with my diagnosises and gets me a jump start every time for bronchitis. He knows exactly how to treat me and gives me a shot of steroids every time before I leave there and inhalers and antibiotics to get me better. He is fabulous as being a doctor. I wish he was a PCP cause he would be mine if I had a choice. I have bronchitis about three times a year and never can be seen the same day when I wake up with this by my PCP and end up at UC.

I was able to make an appt. Upon arrival, I checked in and was seen in a reasonable wait time. Once in a room, the focus was on taking care of my health needs. The team worked together and efficiently. Meds were discussed and explained and then called in to my pharmacy. Health care providers there were personal, and focused on using time to help me and then get me back home. I appreciated this attention and focus.

There is a high volume of illness right now and even though I was a walk in I was roomed and released within an hour. The reason I had to wait 15 minutes was for a Covid, flu test result. Then had to wait 15 minutes for a reaction to a steroid shot. The care and treatment was excellent. Very efficient and thorough. I will definitely refer to this facility. Dr. Lawless and staff are great.

Dr Benjamin Lawless is phenomenal. He listened and diagnosed us pretty quick. He prescribed our antibiotics considering my breathing and my husband's diabetes. He took the time to explain our prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr Lawless. Since my husband's primary physician has retired, he is planning on contacting Dr Lawless to become his patient.

I wanted to clarify the front office. They were not rude nor helpful. I went in, I signed the kiosk, I sat down, and I was called by the doctor. I never had any correspondence or any, what's the word I'm looking for, any, I didn't speak to the front guy. He was helping other people, but he never acknowledged me or I just went to the kiosk and filed in and signed in and was called back. The doctors and nurses were amazing at this facility. I've gone there many times when I'm not able to go to my WellSTAR primary care. So really, really, really would highly recommend this facility.

The doctors, the nurses were excellent. The only issue I have is the waiting room. There is no way to separate one another and it's just they are very busy and I think that will need expansion. Plus the monitor to tell you where you are in the whole process doesn't or isn't working when I wasn't working when I was there. Thank you.
