Dr Lawless is just simply amazing at what he does. He is a very good doctor. He listens and doesn't dismiss what I said. I know they were really busy but he did not rush me. I left feeling a little better. The nurse who took care of me was also amazing.

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, everybody communicated effectively. They were very nice, had very good bedside manners. I would definitely use this urgent care for my needs moving forward.

Long wait for scheduled apt. Otherwise great. I really appreciated the healthy waiting section of the waiting room. Nurses were nice. Dr Ben was awesome, kind and informative. Wish he was a PCP. Xray staff was friendly and accommodating, also provided me with disc of imaging for future. Overall great experience for an urgent care in rural Georgia. (I'm also a nurse so I know what expectations are, staff is amazing don't let angry patient reviews stop yall from being amazing!!)

The doctor was excellent. He did a good job diagnosing my problem. My medications are working perfectly and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was in the office quickly. Very very happy patient. Thank you. And your doctors there are wonderful. They're wonderful. Thank you.

the EKG tech was not very nice at all she had ugly attitude attitude I don't know what was wrong with her but I didn't like her attitude and just ugly looks okay that's what I want to let you know that was the only one that got on my nerves that had ugly attitude

The front desk, Nurse and Doctor did an excellent, efficient and professional job on a grade A level. The Doctor figured out my problem within 5 minutes. I have arthritis, and barely could walk into Wellstar. I'm literally jumping and running at full speed in less tha 24 hours after leaving the doctor after he gave my prescription. I have no idea what his name is, but he calmed me down, answered all my concerns and healed me. I feel so great and it been 6 months since I've felt this great. All I wanted is my normal daily mobility back and he delivered 100%

Have seen Dr. Benjamin Lawless several times at the UC he is very good with my diagnosises and gets me a jump start every time for bronchitis. He knows exactly how to treat me and gives me a shot of steroids every time before I leave there and inhalers and antibiotics to get me better. He is fabulous as being a doctor. I wish he was a PCP cause he would be mine if I had a choice. I have bronchitis about three times a year and never can be seen the same day when I wake up with this by my PCP and end up at UC.
