I was not told I needed to call the Imaging Department for my chest XRay. There was a sign on the wall but it's NOT clear it was my task to complete. Why is up to the patient to schedule the XRay? I'm not part of the staff who communicates with the imaging department. That process is broken. Not a good plan. I did like to option to wait in my car until an exam room was available for me.

the place was immaculate. They had courtesy phone chargers. The people were so kind. After Pray they gave my baby a stuffed bear that she named Stella. It was the best experience ever

My test results at visit said it was positive however lab results said something else. No one has contacted me regarding the conflicting results. Also it would have been nice to know i would get a text when they were ready to see me. I could have waited in my car instead of a room full of sick people.

I came prepared for a long wait, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was only one other person waiting in the waiting room. And my wait time was not very long at all. I appreciated them taking time listening to my concerns and making me feel like they really cared. Everyone that i encountered were very nice and helpful. I was not rushed, they took their time and made sure I understood, especially the doctor. Thanks to all of them!!!!

Check in person made me pay $170 even though my medical card said Urgent Care co-pay was $50. She said she could only do what the computer told her. Very unhelpful. Was fine overcharging me just because it was easy and I was too sick to argue with her. My insurance confirmed that you over charged me and now I have to figure out how to get my money back. The person at the desk could obviously see that it should have been $50 copay but didn't want to bother figuring out why it wasn't right on the computer.
