I came in flustered and in tears because I'm a new mom and my baby was showing signs of labored breathing. I didn't know if I had come to the right place. Everyone was so kind and quickly helped take my daughter's vitals before I ever got to the room. Stefanie was especially gentle and kind with my daughter. The nurses and doctors were so warm, thoughtful and good with my daughter. I'm so thankful for the care I received. An answered prayer!

Everyone was very nice. However, after waiting about 45 minutes to an hour, I learned that the x-ray staff was gone for the day and had to come back. That's all. Maybe they should know what time they leave before a patient waits an hour or so before being told. But other than that, everything was great.

I had an appointment at 3:40 and wasn't called back until 4:45 and left the clinic at 5:30. I did ask if I would have to wait as I was hearing that people had been there 2.5 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours waiting. The associate at the desk told me I would not have to wait more than 45 minutes for an appointment (which negates having an appointment, but I get that emergencies happen). It would be helpful to have a view on your website when making an appointment of your current wait times.

I was a walk-in. I was made aware of the wait time. The nurse who took my vitals explained the reason for the long delay. She was courteous and professional. Dr. Havlik was efficient and kind. I am following her prescribed plan. I feel better already.

I did wait for over two hours to be seen, because the front desk forgot to put me in the system as ready to see the doctor. But the nurse apologize and rush me up to see the doctor and everything went well. All in all I was taken care of well, no complaints.

It was a long wait but I was told about the wait when I checked in.

I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes until I was seen by a nurse. I understand that things happen, but this was excessively long. I asked the front desk when I would be seen (after waiting around 2 hours) and she said that there were emergency cases ahead of me and that I would be the second one to be seen. Well it still took 45 minutes. When my appointment was over and I was getting help with a new employee to leave, I asked what the next steps were if my skin condition came back quicker than expected. The nurse did say that I should mention it to my dermatologist when I see him, but I said I only see him every 1 to 1 and a half years. Anyways, this new employee asked if the nurse gave me an allergen referral and I said no. That's when she had to get it and then deliver this information to me. I thought this was pretty unprofessional. Shouldn't this information have been given to me on the forefront? If I never followed up with this question then I would've never gotten this referral. Needless to say, I'm not that impressed with this service. This was my first time here and will probably be my last.

My wait time was horrible and several people that came in after me went before me. That's the only bad thing I have to say.

Dr. Havlik was fantastic. She listened to my issue and explained everything to me in easy to understand verbiage. I would recommend Dr. Havlik to anyone.

The entire staff was great

Everyone was very nice. However, after waiting about 45 minutes to an hour, I learned that the x-ray staff was gone for the day and had to come back. That's all. Maybe they should know what time they leave before a patient waits an hour or so before being told. But other than that, everything was great.

Receptionist was great-good humor despite early hour and computer issues PA was also good and effecient Doctor was an exceptionally good listner and very professional

I came in flustered and in tears because I'm a new mom and my baby was showing signs of labored breathing. I didn't know if I had come to the right place. Everyone was so kind and quickly helped take my daughter's vitals before I ever got to the room. Stefanie was especially gentle and kind with my daughter. The nurses and doctors were so warm, thoughtful and good with my daughter. I'm so thankful for the care I received. An answered prayer!

I learned it was just one physician on duty. It took more than one hour for me to be seen by the doctor. And I was bleeding.

The entire team was very professional everyone was great. The doctor, nurses and front desk made sure I understood everything.
