I felt awful when I came into Vinings Health Park Urgent Care. From checking in to walking out, I was treated with compassion. Every staff member was efficient, explained what they were doing and why.. I wish I remember the name of the nurse who checked me in-she was phenomenal and able to make me smile when I felt so terrible. Dr. Havlik was exceptional. I enjoyed her demeanor and her attention to detail. I felt very cared for and I'm starting to feel better overall today.

Great experience with everyone. The quality of the drs and staff at this location is consistently excellent. I was in a lot of pain and appreciated the Dr 's action to get imaging and providing me a prescription that addressed the problem I came in with. And when I left the receptionist said "hope you feel better" - really added to the visit. This location is also always well maintained and clean.

She noticed my issue & handled my situation very specifically (I don't remember her name). Sandra the nurse was also extremely caring. She showed concern from the moment she brought me to the room. Took time with me & we even had moments of laughter to lighten up my situation. Graciously helped back to my car. Dr. Havlik was professional & personable. I felt she listened & was very warm with her care.

The doctors bedside manner was impeccable and she listened very intently to what had occurred that brought me into urgent care that day five days after initially injuring myself. She offered options for pain control definitely wrapped the two areas of concern that provided relief. This facility also followed up with a call today, which I missed because I was asleep, to check and see how I was doing. We need more of this throughout the entire Wellstar Medical physician-patient relations not just when someone goes to urgent care.
