I was in and out. My appointment was at 9am and I went back around 9:10am. I didn't have to wait long for the XRay. I was provided medicine on site which I really appreciated. Only thing that caught me off guard is when I took my steroid shot. I had to take the shot in the buttock and there was a male nurse that gave me the shot. No other nurses were in the room. I would have liked if there was a woman nurse available to take the shot or at least in the room while the shot was taken. Other than that ever everything was great!

I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and caring. Angela, the X-ray tech, was also very nice and kept me informed when she did my X-ray. Dr. Havlik is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. The front desk staff was very welcoming. I will definitely visit this urgent care again if needed in the future.

I received excellent service. The radiology tech was really, really nice and very friendly and courteous. He walked me through the whole process, so it was awesome. The doctor and the nurse were both amazing and I am looking to make this my new place where I seek my medical care. Thanks.

Everyone was so thorough in how they conducted each of their distinct roles. What I appreciated most of all was how detailed they were with providing information on each step of my process. They were incredibly receptive to questions and making sure all of my questions were answered. This goes a long way with me and with patients, overall. Especially when you're already anxious and concerned about not feeling well.

The wait time once I was back in a room was really long. I realize part of the wait was for a COVID test to come back, but I had not been given a rough time frame, just 'the doctor will see you soon' from the tech. I'm grateful y'all were open and the providers individually were great. I just wish I had been given better expectations on the wait time for tests and results.

The provider took care of me very well. The only issue is that it took three to four hours for me to get in and be seen. Because there was only one provider and when I came into the urgent care, there had to be at least 20-25 people ahead of me. So there should be more than one provider if that's the kind of traffic that you're going to have.

While I was in a patient room waiting to see the doctor, the nursing/support staff was talking negatively about patients loud enough that I could hear them. It was very unprofessional. In addition, even though I had an appointment, I sat in the patient room for 45 mins waiting to see the doctor. My visit took a total of 2 hours. My longest ever. This was not acceptable.
