While I was in a patient room waiting to see the doctor, the nursing/support staff was talking negatively about patients loud enough that I could hear them. It was very unprofessional. In addition, even though I had an appointment, I sat in the patient room for 45 mins waiting to see the doctor. My visit took a total of 2 hours. My longest ever. This was not acceptable.

I have never every been to such an excellent Urgent Care in my life. OMG??The staff acted like one big happy family. They were very compassionate, caring , attentive and kind. And the place was spotless . I was almost in tears at the excellent care I received.

The doctor gets high scores. It was the nurse assistant who didn't show concern and was so rough with cleaning my ear so that it bled and then the doctor came in after the harm was done. She was very gentle and patient. It's unfair to rate them together.

I made an appointment and still waited over 2 hours to see a provider! It was unacceptable, I could have went to the emergency room and got a full work up if I wanted to wait that long. I usually don't have a bad experience here, but Tuesday was not okay

They were very knowledgeable, very efficient, very caring from the front office, the back, x-ray, it was just an awesome experience. I felt very comfortable and knew that the diagnosis of the product everything was right on cue. Just what I needed to know. So it's just amazing.

I developed allergic reaction to cefadroxil and broke up in itchy rash all over. My initial small rash on left had got much worse after stopping Cefadroxil on Sat. Still have not received culture and sensitivity results ordered by Dr. Was told by nurse who responded to my SOS call yesterday, I had to go back in for an alternate antibiotic.
