Everyone was so friendly and showed caring for the reason of my visit. What I received helped me through my sleep last night. My prescriptions were filled this morning by my pharmacy which my husband picked up for me and I will be following the directions for taking my meds. Thank everyone so much!

It was okay. Not great and not horrible. Once my mother was out in a room, the nursing staff was not responsive, even after notifying them of my mother's need to go to the restroom. She's 90 so waiting to go is a challenge.

Every single staff member was professional, kind, easy to understand and very clearly explained the diagnosis and took extra time to settle any concerns I had. Extremely pleased and I'll definitely be back (tho of course we all hope we don't have to).

The staff was unbelievable and did everything in a timely manner to take care of my husband's cut on his arm from a fall. Provided me with information on how to take care of the wound until I return for the stitches to be removed. I'm more than pleased with the service we received.

Wellstar Urgent Care suffers from being part of a large organization. In a small town, an urgent care facility would clean and dress a minor wound. This facility, however, gave me instructions on how I could clean and dress the wound and referred me to a wound center where the earliest appointment is three weeks away. I don't understand why a wound cannot be dressed by urgent care facility. The test results and prescriptions were useful, the staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.

I think what went really well was, and always goes well when I use this facility, is the care I receive once I'm called back from the nursing staff and the doctors have all been wonderful and also the x-ray tech. However, I will say you can improve your waiting room staff. They're not very helpful. I don't understand why they can't help you log in as a patient, why it has to be done on the iPad. I'm not really sure what their job role is if they're not able to help me log in. And most of the time, and I come in a lot because I have three children, but most of the time when I come in they're just on their phone or sitting up there talking with each other and I feel like it's an inconvenience for them to answer my questions. So I definitely feel like the front office staff need some help or need some tasks to do if you're not going to let them check in the patients and you're going to continue to work.

This urgent care facility had a, more than average, people waiting. This is the only time at this facility that I saw a NP. This was much needed with the number of people waiting. It appeared that this facility was moving like a well oiled machine. Great job.

When I entered check in it's all done via kiosk, no personal interaction with front lobby staff. The kiosk told me my wait time was 16 minutes. I do not know if medical staff possibly sanitized their hands prior to entering my exam room. I did have a very good impression of the PA (Andrea). Very good listening skills.
