Each staff person whom I met were very kind, courteous and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by all.

Front office staff was great. Initial intake nurse who took my vitals was fine. There was a weight of almost an hour between that nurse, and when the nurse practitioner actually came into the room. During that time, no one said a single word to me, or updated me in anyway. That was disappointing given the excellent Customer Service at the front desk.

I was very clearly in a lot of pain and had to ask multiple times how long it would be until a doctor saw me. Staff was nice but seemed very nonchalant even though I explained twice I was in a great deal of pain and trying to get medication as fast as possible. Almost left for another facility after waiting for an hour

I was able to see the provider use sanitizer upon entering the room! Excellent customer service and care.

there were 7 patients ahead of me with a 49 minute wait and 60 minutes til closing time. I was having trouble breathing due to an allergic histamine reaction... they quickly triaged the situation while I was waiting outside so I would not disturb the waiting room with my coughing and breathing challenges. I did not request to be bumped ahead, but was deeply appreciative when they called me back within 5 minutes. I left with the situation resolved within the hour. Most grateful.

They were all wonderful and we had such a short wait which was wonderful since I was in pain. They gave me something for pain right away, which in the past has not happened many times.

I brought my daughter in for an allergic reaction. I had brought her to her pediatrician and they claimed they didn't see anything. The RN we saw here took one look at her and saw she was having a reaction and took the necessary steps to provide her with immediate relief and prescribed her medicine. I shouldn't have had to take her to urgent care, but I'm glad I did. I am very grateful.

Yes, I think you could improve on your wait time. And I think that you should divide the waiting room a little more better for the well side and the sick side. I don't think it's self-explanatory as much as it should be because there's too many sick people sitting in the well section and no one even paying attention that worked there that they were in the wrong section. Thank you.

I went with my elderly mother. Who has dementia. Everyone we encountered was aMAzingly courteous, supportive, gracious, and helpful. They didn't know I was ready to cry and embarrassed of my mom's behavior/reactions. Those who attended to her were truly kindhearted and understanding and knew how to best handle her confusion and reactions. You are truly blessed to have a great team and I am so glad this is my preferred location.

Having a kiosk for check-in is absolutely ridiculous. The front desk attendant didn't seem concerned by our presence and told us to use the machine. If anything in this world should be done via touchscreen kiosk, or should be printing a boarding pass or ordering a hot dog at Costco. Certainly not the first touchpoint in an urgent healthcare setting.

Unfortunately nothing that was done helped my pain. I was given a prescription for a walking boot, a toradol shot in the office, then sent in prescriptions. I am still unable to walk despite the walking boot and nothing has helped. The only doctors excuse I was given was for two days and it's been now 2+ days since the accident occurred. Everyone was very courteous and nice. However, I don't believe my pain was taken serious and when given my discharge papers it was almost like they just wanted the room for the next guest.

The NP I saw was VERY thorough during her examination. She listened attentively to my concerns and answered any questions I had about prescribed medications and other concerns. I appreciated how she took her time...the appt did not feel rushed. That makes a big difference when you're not feeling well and want your questions answered. Thank you NP Benford!
