It was okay. Not great and not horrible. Once my mother was out in a room, the nursing staff was not responsive, even after notifying them of my mother's need to go to the restroom. She's 90 so waiting to go is a challenge.

Wellstar Urgent Care suffers from being part of a large organization. In a small town, an urgent care facility would clean and dress a minor wound. This facility, however, gave me instructions on how I could clean and dress the wound and referred me to a wound center where the earliest appointment is three weeks away. I don't understand why a wound cannot be dressed by urgent care facility. The test results and prescriptions were useful, the staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.
