They were really quick and listened and understood what was wrong, got me my medicine and my test and my shot really quickly and then they called back today to help me work through the referral situation so I could get care faster than wait the seven weeks for the specialist. So the nurses were overall very caring.

I was pleased that I was able to make an appointment for my visit on the same day that I called. I was pleased with my speedy checkin experience. However, I was surprised that I was told at checkin that I had a WellStar balance of a very high amount, which I was unable to pay at the time. I was thankful that I only needed to pay the copay due for my Urgent Care visit. Being informed at checkin about having a high balance made me anxious and uncomfortable. That has not happened in the past. Otherwise the rest of my visit was very satisfactory, with a favorable outcome.

I am upset I called before coming only to enter the office and find out that the insurance I have was not accepted. The nurse was awesome! The lady who came in to give results wasn't, he has Covid and that was it. My son had asthma and can't take over the counter and an antibiotic should've been prescribed
