I don't understand why I was informed that there was 9 patients a head of me and then watched 16 go back, I was told when asked that they were express patients, why tell me there is 9 if that's not true because more are added, doesn't make sense.

There was a sign the desk about a delay, which ended up not even happening but the staff members behind the desk were not very welcoming at all. Maybe it was the end of their workday but I imagine the folks in the back had also there all day, and they were all exceptionally good. Couldn't ask for better care.
