My doctor and nurse there were excellent. The wait time was over 2 hours and that is unacceptable. Next time I will seek other facilities because of that. Too bad because I really like and appreciated the care.

I have had experience with the doctor at this location twice and both times I have been accurately diagnosed and given the medication I need to recover quickly. The doctor has great bedside manner and is very friendly. The nurse that gave me my shot was very professional and courteous as well.

The doctor did not give me an antibiotic after being sick for 4 days. He acted like he was not going to give me anything. I have been sick now for 8 days with minimal relief. I was able to get cough medicine and a steroid. He should not work at an urgent care if he is not going to prescribe medication. I would have been better going to the ED. They didn't give me a note for work after they said they would upload it to my chart and after I called again for the note a day later. Poor service. I expected better from Wellstar.

I was running a high fever so they did a Covid test. They said it was negative. On the way home from urgent care I stopped at Walgreens and bought a Covid test. I went straight home and took it myself. The test was POSITIVE. I don't blame the doctor. I blame the MA who quickly administered the test. Total waste of a co-pay.
