I was seen 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I was told this was normal during this busy season. What's the point of making an appointment? There is no way to see where you are in line or any updates to your estimated time when you arrive. No way to find out the estimated wait time in advance. I called and was told that was not available. I ended up having to drive to the clinic twice, since the first time I was told there was a 2.5-3 hour wait. Wellstar obviously does not value my time. I understand that there will be waits, but why accept appointments? Why not let patients see updates on the wait times.

But I do understand that if someone comes in with their skull ripped open, they should go before me.....even if I have an appointment. But everyone was so nice. I will come back when I need to. I would have appreciated the front staff telling me that I could wait and see an orthopedic specialist regular business hours, if that's ultimately what I needed to have done. I also find it very strange that I sat in an office in an exam room and ordered my own x.Ray. And I'm really confused about what I'm supposed to be doing with my arm. Until I can get it seen by an orthopedist a week later with a fractured bone.

Had difficulty getting one of the prescriptions filled Urgent Care had not responded to druggist call do approval. After several phone calls had to return to Urgent Care for written prescription. WellCare Pharmacy did have which I was quickly able to get. That was a great help as I had called several pharmacies only to be told they did not stock the drug. Thanks
