Have almost constant fits of coughing. No sleep in 24 hours and ribs are sore due to the cough. What can I take for it?

The doctor I saw was terrible, if I took his advice it would be in ICU. Worst service, which me and my family have always received great care.

I made appointment prior to visit & used electronic check-in. No interaction with or from front desk staff. Waited over hour to go to patient room. Nurse checked in - professional attitude. Then more waiting for doctor - also professional. Ordered Covid test & waited half hour till another staff came to do this - she seemed new and not professional as said "ewh" after got the swabbing. Doctor returned with results and explained treatment plan. Then a 3rd staff came to give discharge info - he was helpful. I was there 3 hours - mostly waiting. My husband came following day with evening appointment and was there less than an hour.

Everything went good with the urgent care visit, but I did have a lot of difficulty with the follow-up with the orthopedic. I did the MyChart, everything. That system was trying to give me locations, you know, 100 miles away, even though I corrected the zip code, all that kind of stuff. My experience at the urgent care was perfect. It's just the scheduling system after her follow-up or referral was very hard to do.

The front desk receptionist were racist and were not helpful and did not tell me that they would come back to get my daughter. I had to go back in after sitting in the car for an hour. They said that they did not call my phone because I was supposed to be in there, but I asked them to call. My daughter had to sit in there for hours just to be seen.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing at the Ackworth Health Park Urgent Care. My daughter was having a severe allergic reaction. They did not appear bothered that they were about to close in 10 minutes. Everyone there, the nurses and the provider, were very helpful and they helped my daughter's hives, her heart rate, and her breathing to get back under control. We were very elated that she felt better and no one felt like they were rushing to go home. We appreciate the team so much.

After being given a prescription that made me throw up and called 3 times to get another prescription phoned in (I requested Amoxicillin), they phoned in doxycycline, it makes me sick too! I have diverticulitis and told them...no one listens!!
