Since moving to Acworth? I have used the Heath Park not only for Urgent care but routine tests. It is convenient and the personnel are professional.

Please thank Ashley Campbell and the Urgent Care staff who addressed my needs during my visit for the expert care they provided. They made sure I understood the steps that would be taken to define my condition as well results of the x-rays taken. Once my condition was defined, measured and analyzed NP Ashley Campbell made sure I understood that the drugs she prescribed would improve my current state until I was back to normal.

The people sitting in the lobby were not at all helpful. I was the one that asked the question how long it would take for the appointment. They should have been volunteering that information. Once I got back in the treatment room, the nurse practitioner and the nurse that was with her were wonderful. They treated me with kindness and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything in detail. They were very, very good. And that's all I have to say.

I had a long wait, but I was told in the beginning that I would. Once I was seen by Ashley, it was worth the wait. She was friendly, concerned and very professional. All in all, it was a pleasant experience!

Everyone was super nice and listened to my situation. I felt in very good hands and knew that they were trying to provide the best care. Me being a guy l always have the "walk it off" mentality...the main NP that saw me suggested a course of action that l naturally knew she was correct but was still hesitant...after thinking about it literally five seconds l agreed and of course she was right...after getting the x-ray it confirmed that l did in fact have a case of pneumonia...without the x-ray we would not have known for sure...l already feel better today that l have in the last two weeks prior...and l have the Acworth staff to thank for that. This now explains why l see so many vehicles out in the parking lot as l pass by each day. They all knew something and now l do too

After exam, explaining my condition and what medicines she would prescribe. She answered all my questions and was very compassionate and understanding. My visit was very much a success!
