The wait time in urgent care is way too long. I waited for over two hours to see someone for an allergic flair up with difficulty breathing. The front desk did not make people aware of the wait time, yet they were quick to call you up to pay your copay. The kiosk, after checking in, gave a wait time of 1 hour 15 minutes, with 19 people ahead of me. What if I or the other people didn't want to wait that long? Paying the money forces you to stay. You don't get a refund as quickly as you give the money if you decide to not wait. There was a a sign in the lobby wait area that read if you are experiencing allergy like symptoms to let the desk know so you can wait in your car. It is insensitive and unacceptable to have a sign like that in the lobby.

This was my first visit to this Wellstar facility and I thought it was great. I just moved to the area and this is now my go to place for sure. The staff and especially all of the nurses were amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me and my entire family, yes we are all sick.
