Dr. Stevens did not introduce himself. He walked in, did hand hygiene in front of us using the sanitizer, but then just said, "so what's going on..." no one explained what i was to do if i didn't improve, but we were given the written discharge information and it was stated there to contact our PCP. That's also where I learned Dr. Stevens is who saw me. (He did have a very pleasant demeanor, he just didn't introduce himself and I don't recall the the MA stating his name either...)

I usually have a very good experience here, but the other evening was uncomfortable. The front desk person was short and very curt and never smiled. She looked like she hated being there and it made her very uncomfortable experience.

I have grown up with dr Stevens being a personal doctor. He's always been a great doctor and advocate for me. Great full for his compassion and caring for patients

I feel confident when I have a emergency medical issue going to Wellstar Acworth Health Park Urgent Care. As my doctors are Wellstar staff, it gives me peace of mind to know my doctors will know of my health issue and record shared.

I dont understand the point of an appointment that recommends to arrive 20 minutes early and still have to wait more than an hour beyond the apt time.

The nurse did a great job assessing my issues and the doctor was quick to get me on an IV for dehydration. Dr Steven's did a great job of explaining what they were doing and getting a CT scan quickly. After determining from the CT that I had a stomach ulcer, Dr Steven's provided 3 prescriptions and sent them directly to my local pharmacy. I was impressed with the quality of care I received from Dr Steven's and his entire team.

We used to go to WellStar Paulding because it's closer. However the service, quality, and wait times at WellStarr Acworth are well worth the extra 15 minute drive.

Dr Steven's did a great job of explaining what they were doing and getting a CT scan quickly. After determining from the CT that I had a stomach ulcer, Dr Steven's provided 3 prescriptions and sent them directly to my local pharmacy. I was impressed with the quality of care I received from Dr Steven's and his entire team.
