Very busy location. Staff did well for so many being there. I would suggest the kiosk to be a bit more in depth on symptoms. I was there thinking I had a mild heart attack however the majority of symptoms were viral/bacterial. Other didn't ask for any more information

I arrived on time for my appointment. The kiosk indicated a 2 hour and 15 minute wait even though I had an appointment. The indication Was 3 people ahead of me. I actually was called into the exam room one hour after My appointment. The information from the kiosk was very misleading as to wait time, fortunately in my favor.

Just a real easy process checking in either the computer an soon i was done they were calling my name.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. The doctor was very concerned, and I really appreciated the help I got while I was there. And everything went really well as well as it possibly could have. Thank you.

The doctor looked in my ears and told me he wasn't sure if there was an infection but gave me steroids (pill form) and antibiotics anyway. My pcp told me that steroid drops would have probably been better but that was not an option given.

I don't know what we would do without urgent care. My visit solved my problem and the doctor was very good.

It's fall and very busy for Urgent Care, the delay was stated upon arrival at the check in Kiosk, with in a short amount of time patients were taken back for triage to check for problems that may be chronic or more serious but vitals were done. Questions asked by the healthcare assistant, shortly there after I was seen by Dr. Stevens with care. I was disappointed in the time it took to get my paperwork ready discharge.
