After checking in I had to wait over an hour to see someone. I had major surgery and I had fallen and hit my head. I was a little shocked that I had to wait so long. But my nurse and the doctor were super nice and very concerned about my falling. And all turned out good so I am ok.

I guess I asked the provider some follow-up questions after he told me what my diagnosis would be so that I could better understand my diagnosis and what I needed to do and what I needed to be concerned about. And I asked him what could cause it. He said there could be a number of things. He never told me any, gave me any definite answers as to what it could be. His response was literally, it could be a number of things. I asked him if I was doing more damage to it by walking on it. He said, I can't say either way. So he wasn't very informative and he was not very, he wasn't very pleasant.

Dr. Stevens did not introduce himself. He walked in, did hand hygiene in front of us using the sanitizer, but then just said, "so what's going on..." no one explained what i was to do if i didn't improve, but we were given the written discharge information and it was stated there to contact our PCP. That's also where I learned Dr. Stevens is who saw me. (He did have a very pleasant demeanor, he just didn't introduce himself and I don't recall the the MA stating his name either...)

I usually have a very good experience here, but the other evening was uncomfortable. The front desk person was short and very curt and never smiled. She looked like she hated being there and it made her very uncomfortable experience.
