If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment, please schedule more than 2 business days in advance. If you are a new patient or need a same day appointment please call the office at 770-384-9900 and follow the prompts to speak with someone to schedule the appointment.

From I-285 West:
Take the South Cobb Drive / GA-280 Exit 15 - toward Smyrna. Turn Right onto South Cobb Drive SE / GA-280. Turn Left onto Concord Road SE, Smyrna Primary Care is on the left.
From I-75:
Take the Windy Hill exit - Exit 260 towards Smyrna. Take Windy Hill all the way to South Cobb Dr. Turn left on South Cobb Dr. Turn Right onto Concord Rd. Smyrna Primary Care is on the left.
A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.
Our Pediatricians are on staff at Wellstar Cobb Hospital.
We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep our insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.
Wellstar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.
All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Prescription request will be viewed within 24 hours excluding Holidays and weekends. Please allow 48-72 hours for your refill to be authorized.

Many insurance companies require that the Primary Care physician obtain a referral before you can be seen by a specialist or have diagnostic testing. Please become familiar with your insurance requirements for referrals.

Your referral will be completed based upon the urgency of the referral, typically 5-7 business days from the time your referral is requested.
