Awesome first experience every interaction from the check in, to lab work , Doctor's interaction was top notch. Switching from Kaiser to blue cross blue shield was the best mistake I could have ever made . Wellstar is very impressive so far.

The lab was under staffed, resulting in extra long wait time to have bloodwork done. I feel bad for her as she kept having to explain that she was the only one there doing bloodwork.

Had to wait over an hour after my appt to get into the lab for bloodwork because the lab order were not entered into the computer system.

This was my third visit to the office this calendar year where there was an administrative mishap. It is extremely frustrating to come in and the team is not prepared; or in this case last week, there was a miscommunication that the appt. should've been cancelled and I did not need to come in. While I enjoy having Dr. Harvey as my PCP, I am quite displeased and frustrated with the inconsistencies and miscommunication at this location.
