This was the first time that I ever had a doctor sit down with me when I was a new patient and ask me what brought me there and about myself. And for that, I truly appreciated it. And it really made me have a lot more trust in Dr. Harvey handling my care.

The entire staff was very cordial. I found the office to be very pleasant, inviting and the services were very timely. I was pleasantly surprised that on the first visit, Dr. Harvey, was not only concerned with my health but, also me as a person. Understanding that this could possibly assist her in diagnosing my concerns. While I understand that she is working on a schedule, I didn't feel rushed. Overall, I am very pleased with the services that I received on my first visit.

I understood the next steps and left feeling relieved that I could depend on Dr. Harvey and her expertise. She was pleasant and professional.

The experience with Dr. Harvey was excellent. However, I had To wait 2 hours for the lab. It is clear you do not have adequate staff. There was one person and several waiting. 2 left while I waited to get lab elsewhere. I now will have to have plan B if this happens again. I will do my research before the next visit.

I was having problems with eczema on my hand and Dr. Harvey was telling me that sometimes a lot of doctors believe it's caused by even by detergents in the household. I wanted to know the cause of it and she told me that could be the reason why. And also not using lotion as frequently as you can on your hands and making sure you clean out those household products off of your hands. And she furthermore gave me a lotion that I could use to put on my hands to stop, well to help it and aid in the condition not worsening. So I thank her very much for what she did. That was one of my major concerns. And she also called me back about my A1C level being too high and how I had to go to the doctor.

Dr. Harvey made sure that I understood everything that she was telling me. She asked me did I have any questions or concerns. She explained all the medications and she made sure that I was okay with everything that she was doing. And I really appreciate it. Thank you.

This was the first time that I ever had a doctor sit down with me when I was a new patient and ask me what brought me there and about myself. And for that, I truly appreciated it. And it really made me have a lot more trust in Dr. Harvey handling my care.
