Dr. Zoey was extremely patient and caring. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and created an action plan to deal with everything. She was easy to talk to as well. I will definitely continue to see her in the future!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also super efficient. Lots of offices make you wait forever and then rush you through. Here they see you on time and take time to address all your needs. Zoey is detailed and listens. Love this place!

Starting with the front counter representative that was there, I arrived a little late for my appointment as I got it mixed up with another appointment. I originally was told that I would have to be rescheduled and I'd asked her if she mind asking the provider if they would see me. So I thank her for actually being willing to go back and ask the provider because I was able to be seen. Once I got to the back, the staff was very friendly, very welcoming. I've seen Dr. Zoey before and she's always very thorough. She listens, she asks questions, she gives advice or recommendation and she communicates what the next steps are clearly. My prescription was filled promptly and she responded to my feedback in my chart very promptly. My experience was good.

This was a great experience! The front desk was pleasant and check out was pleasant. And the medical assistant was great! The last time I went medical assistant had unpleasant attitude.

Came in to establish primary care and check on potential pregnancy. The provider came in and only addressed the potential pregnancy and only spent about 5 minutes with me. The provider did not perform any kind of exam, only listening to my stomach and then sent me for blood testing. The provider did not acquire about past health history or anything else to establish me as a primary care patient. I will not be returning to this provider.

I was supposed to have some blood drawn and labs. But no one told me to fast, which would have been easy enough. My prescription couldn't be refilled until I came in. But I got my flu shot

The practice was great. Everyone was helpful. It was easy to find the things that I needed to find. The lab was right there. The convenience factor was really, really high. My biggest issue is there are many, many locations and many, many doctors and the integration of my chart does not seem to be throughout all of the doctors. I would really love to be able to use more doctors and set up my appointment via my chart. It seems like it's available for some of the doctors within the practice, but certainly not all of them in this location and for the places that this doctor referred me to. I would have liked a little more integration to be able to make my own appointment easily online.

My biggest issue is there are many, many locations and many, many doctors and the integration of my chart does not seem to be throughout all of the doctors.
