The RN Tanisha was very kind and made me feel relaxed while taking my blood pressure. Also, I can't remember her name, but the young lady who drew blood for labs was wonderful. Starting with the front counter representative that was there, I arrived a little late for my appointment as I got it mixed up with another appointment. I originally was told that I would have to be rescheduled and I'd asked her if she mind asking the provider if they would see me. So I thank her for actually being willing to go back and ask the provider because I was able to be seen. Once I got to the back, the staff was very friendly, very welcoming. I've seen Dr. Zoey before and she's always very thorough. She listens, she asks questions, she gives advice or recommendation and she communicates what the next steps are clearly. My prescription was filled promptly and she responded to my feedback in my chart very promptly. My experience was good.
