Everyone in the front office was pleasant and professional. I appreciate the ease of scheduling with who I requested over the phone, but was disappointed with the online scheduling system. Zoey is thorough and I appreciate how she stayed positive and did not brush off anything I said. Her MA was also very sweet and welcoming.

Hi. Everything was fine, but she forgot to order one prescription for me, which was my Gabapentin. That is the only problem that I have. I need her to order my Gabapentin, 300 milligrams.

All the workers have a job to do but, a smile & kind word doesn't hurt. Improve the answering of the phone system,it shouldn't take several days to go by before the phone is answered,not everyone has a lot of time to sit on hold waiting to be answered to make an appointment.
