I didn't understand why I had to pay $50 for my child, even though I presented his CareSource card. I asked, but they couldn't explain. No one in the office spoke to me in my language. And my appointment was at 11:45, and the pediatrician saw me at 12:44. My child was vomiting heavily and was feeling unwell. I should understand what time it is!

Dr. Zia has been my kids dr since moving to Georgia and I wouldn't change her for Noone. I will continue to take the 30 min drive for quality and compassionate care.

I don't recall watching them wash and sanitize. However my son is very active and I can't remember something small as such. I do recall the great customer service from the front desk, nurse and doctor. Dr.Zia went above and beyond to offer support and listen to my concerns. I couldn't have ask for a better pediatrician.
