My Doctor was very good and explained and addressed all of my needs and concerns during my visit.

The check-in computer system needs work. The front desk checked me in, took payment and gave me the receipt. After waiting an hour and 5 minutes I inquired if they had skipped me. The doctor's office had me as a no show. Although the front desk followed procedure, some glitch did not notify nurse of my arrival. Everyone was apologetic including the office manager who explained it was a glitch they don't know how it happened.

Overall 10/10 experience! Everybody was so nice! I think the nurses name was Don or Donna, but she was amazing! So personable, listened to everything I had to say and was so nice! And then Dr Krull!! Dr. Krull was amazing! I have honestly never been to a doctor that listened as much as she did! She didn't brush off anything I was saying, she seemed genuinely concerned with my concerns, and she made sure to be very thorough! I even recommended my sister to come here and ask for her! This was probably the best overall experience I have had at a doctor's office for a very long time.

My experience today brought me a ton of relief! The office is within 15 minutes away from my home, and driving is an issue for me. Dr Krull and her nurse Dawn made me feel comfortable. They were very professional and thorough. Dr Krull answered questions and didn't rush. Overall my experience was excellent and I'm happy to have chosen Dr Krull!

Dr Krull ordered blood work for me and sent me to the lab at her location. After waiting I was eventually told that the lab would not accept self pay. I was ready to pay for the test. I had blood drawn from this very lab back in the late summer. Lady told me I did not. Untrue.

I like Dr Krull but I understand she is there temporarily. I had to switch because my doctor left. I've switched so many doctors since being at Wellstar Concord road. I've liked my doctors and eventually will have to say goodbye again.
