Clean spacious waiting area. Loved that pediatrics is separate from internal med (kids tend to be loud, sticky, and/or contagious). Plenty of parking. 10/10, no notes.

This was my first visit and I was impressed with everything

The intake nurse who was to check medicines and vitals did not know how to pronounce or spell many medical terms so the intake took a long time and she said she was going to check my blood instead of checking my vitals by mistake . She did not seem to be focused on her job or have the relevant training. When the doctor entered the room after the intake nurse was finished I was informed I had already used up half of my 15 minute appt. Then I was told I would have to pay $25 for the Dr completing a 2.5 page form with limited information even though I was told previously I just had to pay the $25 office visit copay for simple paperwork like this, since it was all completed during the office visit rather than other medical tests or procedures which could otherwise fill an office visit. Now I'm being told I have to pay double: $25 for an office visit to complete the paperwork plus another $25 to complete the paperwork. I used to be very happy with this practice but I feel like the focus had shifted to rushing you out the door from the moment the Dr enters the room and double billing the patient for the same work.
