The lab had only one employee who was moving slowly. The wait for blood work was so long that I had to leave before I could be seen. I'm planning to go to another location to complete my labs

Getting into MyChart is very difficult and clunky and I've repeatedly called to get my email user name sent to me at my email and it never goes through. And then whenever I call customer service it has like bank-like hours which I don't have time to call in for the most part. By the time I am able to, they close at 5 o'clock and I can't get in my email and it's very clunky. So this is all fun. Big problems happening again and you're just disempowered from getting your phone line all this. So MyChart is very clunky. But I was good. It's a piece of cake. Getting into it. Very easy.

Very commited to provide good service, approachable and he took time to help me understand all my health related questions. The only thing he forgot was the prostate test which should be a part of the physical but overall he deserves to be my pcp.
