Most improved being working with the lab tech. There was a sign that said close from 12 to I guess 1, I'm assuming, but 12 wasn't even close to it. I had made it to the lab at 11:15. She had took the pad back and said she was done until after she come back from lunch. That was just very unprofessional and closed the door on my face.

Bathroom was dirty and dusty. Provider stated she would call to go over test results but no call as of yet. She prescribed my ozempic but has not contacted insurance to get approved so I can pick up from Pharmacy She sent text messsaying ozempic was at Pharmacy for pick up but got there they stated insurance denied. I called daily the office to get status of they called insurance to get ozempic approved but no one still has not reached out and my a1c 12.12 amd surgery daily is in 200 plus. Very disappointing and draining while not feeling good from diabetes
