Appointments and Cancellations
To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770) 947-3000 and press 1.
All appointments must be canceled within 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid cancellation fee of $25.00
Our phones are open between the hours of 7am to 4 pm. During the hours of 12 to 1 our phones are on answering service for emergencies.
If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.
We use an automated appointment reminder system in which you will be notified 2 days prior to your appointment however you will be responsible to notify us of cancellations.
Directions
From I-20 West: Take exit 36 (Chapel Hill Road/Campbellton Street). Turn right toward Douglasville. Stay in the right lane and veer onto Hospital Drive. Wellstar Douglas Hospital is on the right just past the first traffic light. Use the hospital entrance and take an immediate left to the Douglasville Medical Center building.
Hospitalization
Our Physicians refer to Wellstar Douglas Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient at Douglas Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.
A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.
