When I was having my bloodwork done, I told the technician that he would have to get it out of my hand because everyone has difficulty getting it out of my arm. He said he didn't have any butterflies and could he try the arm, which I agreed to. After numerous failed attempts, he asked the other technician if they had any butterflies (I have not idea why he didn't do that first ), which she did. He then tried numerous times to get it out of my right hand, which failed. He then tried my left hand and was successful. He asked me if I had drunk any water, and I told him I only drank enough to take my morning pills because I had always been told not to eat or drink before bloodwork. He kept stating that I needed to drink more water and he asked me how much I had drunk the day before. I told him I always drink water and had consumed 77 ounces the day before (I keep track on my Fitbit). He acted as if it was my fault that he was having such a hard time drawing blood. Not once did he apologize for how many times he had to stick me. I have never had this problem in the past and they usually always get it on the first try when they use my hand. In fact, I have complimented them in the past on how well they did.

I always get excellent service from Dr. Craton and his team I do not like the questions will I recommend. I do not think they are appropriate. I think you all should focus on the patient and their experience. You do that and you do not have to think about whether you get new patients.
