Blood lab now is very stressful! Not friendly and can be painful, which I never had a problem with the lab until they changed.

The visit was great. Only problem I have with this facility is that the walls are way too thin. I can hear, you know, the guy next door and his issues with the doctor and vice versa. I'm sure they can hear what's being said about my issues. So you got to do something about them walls. It's been like that probably ever since it's been going, of course, but I don't know, put some sound padding or something. It's horrible. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you. Have a good day.

Very knowledgable, attentive doc. Completed a thorough history without wasting time. Reviewed my vax record and asked if I spent time oversees. Of course, I am retired military. He is the first civilian practitioner I have been to that caught this.

My biggest concern with the practice and Dr Craton is that it is very difficult to get an appointment. If you're sick, you're unlikely to get an appointment until you're worse or get well. That means going to urgent care instead of your own doctor. While my chart is helpful to keep up, it's not like seeing your own doctor. I've been with Dr Craton for many years.
