We again had problems with the lab. This is the third time that we've had problems with the lab. I waited for 45 minutes. They took several people ahead of me, and I'm very patient. I went up there, and they had put my name in out of line. They picked on the inside. They came back and said they would be with me shortly. And I had already waited for, like I said, 45 minutes. I said, please take my name up. I'll come back later. So I left. The next day, I went up to the other lab, the lab building. And they could not do it because when I left the lab down at the main office, Dr. Patel's office, they took my name off the register. So I did not get the blood work done. Yes.

I really like comming to your facility, every one is so friendly. They take special care of you and it makes you feel as if you are one of the family. I would not go to another facility in Georgia. All of my Doctors that are in the Wellstar health system are very good Doctors.They take very good care of you.

Wait at lab way too long. 3 people waiting, I signed in and sat down. No one came out to get another patient for blood withdrawal for over 10 minutes. Finally a man came and talked to a female who had come up after I had been waiting appx.8 min. Then went back into the lab. Finally a female came up to get a new patient. 20minutes have now passed. Finally after 30 minutes it was my turn. This was around 2:45. , totally ridiculous. All employees were nice.

A very pleasant visit. The nurses & doctor & front office were very nice. Have seen my bloodwork results. Got a new blood pressure machine & waiting for my new b.p. Medicine to be filled. Had to be ordered. They said Sunday.
