Had labs ordered by doctor and never received information stating an appointment was needed. Used this lab many times before and never required. Not sure how this system is working. When arriving no one was waiting for labs and no one having labs done. I was told I have to wait 45 minutes because I was a walk in.

The nurse and doctor were both careful to listen to my concerns and were methodical in the exam, using previous records along with current symptoms to diagnose and recommend treatment options. Their response to my medical condition was reasonable and targeted. I appreciate the time spent with me to answer questions and to explain how I should proceed.
