It was difficult and scary to leave Kaiser because of our insurance..But with Aetna and meeting with Dr Zafar several years ago we were very happy as he just cared for us in many different ways... My husband and I appreciate all he has done for us..

Even though I use them, I don't like their practices. Some of the staff wants you to know that what they say is the only choice we have. Can be rude. Most Dr's are fair and professional, just don't like the attitude of the practice in general.
