Provide was nice at first, she became very dismissive when I asked her question about my health issues that I have. Also the Phlebotomist who drew my blood did not label my blood in front of me and when I asked her politely to do so she was upset and gave me an attitude. She proceeded to label the specimens then slam them down.

The doctor was supposed to be doing a physical. She didn't even feel my legs because I have high blood pressure, so she didn't check the circulation. And that's it.

The reason why I had to go there was satisfied, but I still don't feel like my overall wellness is being attended to in regards to my hypothyroidism and symptoms of excess weight gain or the lack of the ability to be able to consistently lose weight, often feelings of lethargy, lipedema Etc.

The technician that administered my flu shot has no customer service skillls. I thought I was being treated by a robot. Pull your arm out "she stated" nothing more. I want a little concern from my care provider. If they can't then l will be forced to change my service system.
