NP Eleanor Theodor and the entire staff are outstanding! I was provided excellent service from everyone. I was provided excellent bedside manners and really enjoyed my annual physical. NP is awesome, she asked pertinent questions about my health and offered advice for continuous good health. The nurse Maya was awesome too. Great patient care from all!!!

Eunice very concerned for my health she took her time listen to me and gave helpful information. Her medical assistant was wonderful friendly and kind. Great team at front office the ladies were kind and got me check right in thank you team. I would definitely see Eunice again.
