Ridiculously expensive. Almost $200 for a six minute phone call.

Would be helpful if the handicapped parking was closer to the offices. I have to use oxygen and it's a long way for me to walk, between my breathing problems and difficult arthritis. I'm trying to stay independent as long as possible.

I know the doctor's time is valuable. However, the time of a patient is precious, too. Patient takes to to make appt, arrived early, check-in earl, wait in the hall, etc. still the patient can not expect the doctor will show up on time. I have taken the 1st Hepatitis B vaccine, ask the nurse when is the 2nd shot? No clear answer about the date and the process: will I get notification? from who? or shall I contact the Wellstar by myself? etc

The appointment was on time and it did not take long. I did not have a long wait time. However, the medical assistant did not introduce herself, did not even greet me properly and was very rushed and in a hurry. I did not like that.
