Directions
From I-75: Take Windy Hill exit (#260) and turn west toward Smyrna. Travel six miles to Austell Road (dead end). Turn left on Austell Road. Continue for three miles and turn right at Wellstar Cobb Medical Center on Hospital South Drive. We are located in the second building on the left.

Wellstar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

Prescription Refills
We now have a new process for prescription refills. For all refills, please contact your pharmacy and have them fax a request to our office. Our fax number is 770-941-3870. The pharmacy will fax a refill request to us to be authorized by your physician. Please follow up with your pharmacy to see when your medication will be ready to be picked up.
