I really love my experience when I come to the office. The staff is really nice and polite. The atmosphere is really well. And I love my doctor because he takes the time out to really talk to you and explain to you what you're there for and answer any questions that you have to answer.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for several minutes and then someone came and said that they were having some kind of meeting and that she would check me in. This caused everything to be behind and it was an extended length of time to get through.
