When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for several minutes and then someone came and said that they were having some kind of meeting and that she would check me in. This caused everything to be behind and it was an extended length of time to get through.

The Phlebotomist in the lab is very unfriendly and somewhat rude. Please make sure butterfly needles is always available. I bruised easily every appointments butterfly needles is always out.

The receptionist is always courteous and pleasant. Dr. Thomas was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and provided the necessary treatment and recommendations that we felt would benefit me in moving forward.

I will like to make aware, that I had blood drawn and was bleeding previously 20 seconds in the bathroom,the technician tried to stop the bleeding by putting a regular band aid on it, by the time I stepped into the parking lot blood was sprouting all over my clothes, I didn't feel comfortable or safe going back in door help, so had to rush home to clean myself up. I think the technicians or that particular technician should be probably train in dealing with situations such as learning to clean a patient up if they're bleeding the way I did. No proper aid was giving nor anyone ever ask if I'm ok. Just let me walked out no questions ask. Bathroom floor was covered with blood and all my clothes. I guess they're use to seeing things off that matter all to often is why they treated it or me like it's normal or hey it's just blood. Customer service is getting to be getting very rare in the healthcare service today. If you say something the next time you visit you are looked at or treated funny next time you visit. That's why I left and get treated at home.
