It is very important that you resolve fax issues and communication issues because it was difficult for me to get my paperwork taken care of for a surgical consult that I needed for urgent, I needed an urgent surgical clearance. And it took a very long time, it was very difficult, couldn't get it faxed in, they had faxing problems and I had to hand deliver it and I had a broken ankle. I had to have my wife hand deliver it. So that's not good.
