Reception area and discharge personnel very friendly. Connie very kind and professional. Dr Franco always kind and shows interest in my well being physically and mentally, especially since death of my husband.

Feels like there's always a lot of waiting there. If I have an appointment for 9:30 and I come even earlier than 9:15, seeing the doctor around 10:00 doesn't feel right. I don't know, I may be remembering it wrong, but it seems like at my 2 previous doctors there was less waiting.

I was well taken care of from the receptionist (Sonia) to the Nurse or MA (Connie) to Dr. Carlos Franco. They are all very pleasant and happy to take care of me and was very prompt in taking care of bringing me in to the office. Thank You
