Hi, I was overall satisfied with the initial interaction between everybody there. I thought everybody was nice, courteous. However, the only issue I had was between the facility and the Walmart pharmacy in which I use. Several calls were made trying to get my prescription figured out, straightened out, and it took two days. If there's any improvement, that would be the only thing, just improve the communication between the staff there, the pharmacy, and the patient. Kind of streamline the process. Other than that, I am completely happy and satisfied and look forward to being there on my next appointment. Great job to all those involved. Thank you.

I never saw a doctor! I signed in and nobody behind the desk registered me in!! I waited well over an hour and had to go to the desk and ask when they told me I was never registered. They told me they would get me straight back to see a nurse practitioner because I had missed the appointment with the doctor, but kept waiting. I asked again, they said there was an issue in the back so I left without seeing anyone.
