Appointments and Cancellations
To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770) 426-5666 then follow the prompts.Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During the hours of 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM our phones are on answering service for emergencies.
Dr. Tami Breton and her nurse practitioners are accepting patient appointments as early as 6:00 AM, please contact our office for more details.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

From I-75 North: Exit Wade Green Road (#273) and take a left onto Wade Green. (Wade Green will turn into Cherokee Street after 0.5 miles). Hospitalization
Our physicians have privileges at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. If you are admitted as an inpatient at, you will be seen by a hospitalist physician who will communicate with your primary care physician.A hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are board-certified internal medicine physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.
Insurance and Payments
We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.Wellstar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans.
All co-payments and out-of-pocket estimates are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.
