Emmalyn Newman went above and beyond. She listened to me. She took my concerns seriously. She explained everything extremely thoroughly. And when the results of the CT scan that she ordered came back after business hours, she called me at home after business hours to provide me the interpretation of my results, which I really, really appreciated.

My previous Wellstar physician was dismissive of my concerns and sent me home without real consideration of what was causing my symptoms. Emmy was thoughtful and deliberate. The battery of bloodwork she ordered revealed the culprit. Thanks Emmy!

My experience ended at the doctors office when I went to the lab for routine blood tests. After signing in, I was finally called by the phlebotomist after waiting 60 minutes. This is for about 5 minutes of work. It would be good if your system told patients how long the expected wait is going to be. I was late for my next appointment. It seems you could manage this better!
