I think what needs to be improved is the fact that the patient is required to have measured their own blood pressure, which was not something that I was aware of. And I did not have a blood pressure measuring device. which I have remedied since and have purchased one. But I think it would be a good idea if when they remind you of the appointment to let the patient know that they are expected to provide their own blood pressure information. Yeah. I feel strongly about that. Thank you so much. Bye.

Marie makes me feel ease and comfortable to express myself. She was knowledgeable abou my concerns and she did not rush or interrupt me when I was talking and I truly appreciate it. The place was clean. The staffs were very nice from front desk to lab tech. It was a nice experience. ?

It was my first visit to this office and I loved it. The staff is incredibly nice. I also love the extended hours as someone that works typical business hours. That alone shows how much this office cares about their patients having accessible care. My NP truly listened and talked things out with me. It didn't feel like just going through the motions of the appointment and leaving.

There was only one issue with the having to wait long for blood work to be drawn. Maybe have a extra person to help.

This is the first time in a long time that I have felt listened to. And also had my provider explain all the details of my care plan. The whole staff from start to Finish was extremely attentive and kind. I felt really good and safe leaving my Appointment.

The waiting room seemed a little chaotic at times. Three times I saw two different people counting how many of us were in the waiting room. I arrived for my 11:15 appointment at 11:05, but was there until 12:45. I was only with the provider for about 15 minutes...and saw her fairly quickly, but then had to wait for bloodwork to be drawn. They were backed up doing blood draws, and that only took a couple minutes once they called my name. Overall, that's a lot of wait time.
