My provider listen to me about my health and mental health what I am dealing with, also checking on my wife who is also a patient at this location, I am dealing with wife who had surgery a month ago, my oldest sister has congestive heart failure and my PTSD and my provider and nurse showed so much compassion today!

I just felt that I had to go in for an appointment and just see the people in person rather than be able to get my referral sent over to the vascular surgeon. So I basically had to spend whatever my $300, whatever that will come to for me to have to pay once it goes through my insurance just for a simple referral to a doctor. So I kind of felt like I didn't really need to come in for that because they didn't really have to do anything. All I wanted was a referral. So that was my only thing that I was upset about.

The Doctor I saw was super amazing!! She made me feel heard and actually gave advice that would genuinely help me. The nurse that saw me before that was even amazing!! I believe my nurses' name was Sierra and the Doctor I saw was Marie. I was also immediately greeted upon arrival and the front staff was amazing, even the phlebotomist!!! Overall I had an amazing experience and felt so safe and comfortable!!
