Hi, I would rate your practice, including many of the staff, on a very, very close 10. The only thing I would actually ask you guys to work on a bit is your front receptionist. She needs to maybe take a course or two to learn how to speak to and deal with customers. Thank you.

Would have been a great experience, EXCEPT for: the lab should be open anytime the patients are being seen! I fasted for my labs and when I was released for labs at 12:30, NO ONE was there! I was told they would be back in an hour. A complete waste of my time! The flabotonists should have to stagger their lunch so you have coverage - that or don't schedule appointments just before lunch.

The wrong glucose meter was ordered. We changed insurance provider they only cover Accucheck not true metrix. That Order needs to be canceled and correct meter and strips ordrred

Dr. Guhanand is very empathetic and very responsive. I drive 15 miles out of my way to come to this place because of her. And everybody in the place is very, very knowledgeable. So I would be coming here, you know, as opposed to right around the corner because of the people that are here now. Thank you very much.
