About Tami Breton, MD
In addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Breton is also board certified in Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine focuses on more natural and less invasive treatment and wellness programs. Training with the industry’s top thought leaders in Integrative Health, Dr. Breton’s experience sets her apart in this emerging field with her knowledge of evidenced-based health care. Dr. Breton is the Medical Director of Wellstar Medical Group Integrative Health.
Dr. Breton is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She was recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Bridges to Excellence Program for quality diabetes care and management.
Dr. Breton believes that healing and wellness can be achieved by combining conventional Internal Medicine with evidence based complementary more natural modalities. The entire team at the Kennesaw location from the front desk staff, MA, Dr Breton, the ECG tech, the checkout staff, and the phlebotomist were awesome. They were friendly, efficient and I felt like a valued patient.

She forgot to describe my diabetes test strip and test needles. Overall, she's good, but she forgot my most important things. Tomorrow, I'll be calling her about this diabetes stuff, okay? Bye.

Dr. Breton is a wonderful doctor. When I see her, she listens to me. She explains things to me clearly and makes sure I understand. She takes her time with the appointment. I never feel as if I'm being rushed. 11 years ago I moved and her office was not as convenient. I briefly considered changing PCP, but I decided to stay with her. I trust her 100%. I can't imagine seeing anyone else.

Although I let my doctor know my back was hurting badly, she prescribed nothing for it. I wasn't there just trying to get pain meds but I guess since I told her I was in recovery for opiates that was her main concern. I told her the urgent care had prescribed me a muscle relaxer that seemed to help w/the pain. I thought she would at least prescribe something like that to help me until I could get in to see the back doctor. All she did was give me a list of doctors to choose from to see. I left there no better off than when I came. Now I have to wait who knows how long in pain until I can get an appointment with another doctor. I realize since I am in recovery their are certain meds I shouldn't have, but there should've been something she could've done to help.
