I was supposed to be at my appointment at 10:15. I arrived 30+ mins before. Dr. Patel didn't see me until about 11:20. Dr Patel apologized for the delay, but still took time to explain my health concerns. I left with the feelings my health concerns were addressed.

Dr. Patel was excellent in that she spent a lot of time with me explaining details and I never felt that she was rushed or had to go to another patient or whatever. And that's very valuable for doctor-patient relationships. So she's a keeper. Thank you very much.

Dr. Patel is always willing to put the patient first. She will spend the necessary time that she needs to to ensure you're heard and all your concerns are listened to. She's very energetic. I appreciate her style and the way that she conducts business. I'm sure the organization probably would like her to see even more patients. However, she puts patients first, and when you put people before profit, the profit will come.
