I was asked to be there at 10:45. I arrived at 10:30. The staff did my vital quickly . I went back to the waiting room for a bit and then was called back. The nurse apologized for the wait. I then sat in that room from about 11:10 until 12:35 when the Dr came in. The nurse stopped in about 12 and asked if I was okay. Waiting almost 2 hrs from your scheduled appt time is quite along time, especially when it's your first meeting with an oncologist.
